Angelina Wainhouse, a WWGT group member, lost her son, Zander, to brain cancer last year. In honor of Zander, Angelina is walking to raise awareness and money to cure pediatric brain cancer. Asking if you would consider supporting our family’s fundraiser to raise money for research towards a cure for pediatric brain cancer. We’re doing the fundraiser in honor of my son, Zander who passed in December 2021 after a brave 350-day battle with cancer. In honor of Zander on his upcoming 14th birthday, I’m walking 350km in April and May (Brain Cancer Awareness Month), a km for each day Zander lived with a cancer diagnosis. We’re partnering with the Children’s Brain Tumor Foundation to raise funds to help find a cure for pediatric brain cancer. We need 1000 donors to each give $14 or more to reach our goal of $14000.
